Full Automatic Open mouth bagging & palletizing system (Full Automatic Open Mouth Bag Packaging and Palletizing Complete Line System) is an automated production equipment integrating quantitative metering, automatic bag feeding, filling and sealing, conveying and shaping, weight re-inspection, and robotic or high-level palletizing. It is mainly designed for open-mouth bag packaging needs of 5-50kg specifications, replacing the traditional manual packaging and palletizing process. Widely used in the large-scale production of various powder and granular materials, it is one of the core equipment for modern manufacturing to realize intelligent and unmanned production. The system can flexibly configure modules according to material characteristics and production capacity requirements, adapt to production scenarios in different industries, and greatly improve production efficiency and product packaging standardization.
The core working process of the system is as follows: automatic bag taking from the empty bag bin → automatic bag opening, bag sleeving and clamping by the mechanical arm → precise blanking and filling by the metering filling host → bag mouth sewing/heat sealing treatment → conveying the finished bags to the shaping machine for shaping → weight inspection by the re-inspection scale (unqualified products are automatically rejected) → conveying to the palletizing area → the manipulator grabs the finished bags and stacks them on the pallet according to the preset mode → automatic output of full pallets (stretch film machine can be optionally equipped for full pallet wrapping), forming a closed-loop production process of “raw material feeding – finished product palletizing”.

Different bag types and packaging weights can be quickly switched by replacing clamps and sealing moulds, enabling multi-product mixed production.
